Q1: I want to visit the exhibition. How and when can I apply?

You can register online any time before the show, and free "Visitor Tickets" will be either sent to you or downloadable upon receipt of your information. To apply for FREE Visitor Tickets, click the following link and complete the form.

* JPY 5,000/person will be charged without a ticket.
* Those under 18 years old are not allowed to enter the show.

Q2: Is there an age restriction to visit the show?

Yes. Those who are under 18 years old are not allowed to enter the show, since this show is for business purpose.

Q3: How much is the admission fee for the exhibition?

[ A3 ]
Admission fee is FREE of charge for those with a visitor ticket. However JPY 5,000/person will be charged without a ticket. To apply for FREE Visitor Tickets, click the following link and complete the form.

Q4: Is a VISA necessary to enter Japan?

[ A4 ]

Whether or not a visa is necessary in order to enter Japan varies by your nationality. For details, please refer to the "Guide to Japanese Visas" in website of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
For particular details, please contact your nearest Japanese diplomatic mission directly. Please note that Show Management does not support visitors for VISA application.

Q6: How and when can I make a hotel reservation for during the exhibition period?

Online application for the hotels is available. Visit the following link for details.
(Please note that almost all the hotels near the show venue are expected to be fully booked around the show dates. Show Management recommends visitors to book their accommodation for the show in advance.)

Q7: How do I get my name on the mailing list for future information?

E-mail us with the following subject line: "Add me to the Mailing List for the Show".

Q8: Is the admission badge valid during the exhibition period?

[ A8 ]

Yes. Once you have completed the registration procedures and received your badge 
on-site, you are free to leave and re-enter the venue during the 3-days exhibition period.

Q9: How can I find out more about the exhibitors?
